I have worked with a diverse range of individuals with over 20 years as a coach. From professional bodybuilders and athletes, through weight loss and injury rehab. A body that functions well, feels and looks amazing. 

I am passionate about the complexity of fat loss, muscle gain and making it simple for the end user.
